Blue Bird Table Runner

This vintage piece is a little different than most. While I'm pretty sure it's a long table runner the blue bird design has been stamped rather than embroidered on. At first I thought it was just stamped and hadn't been finished. After looking at it closely I feel it just suppose to be this way. With it's muted tones it's really a pretty piece of linen .
